Our story is rooted in family, tradition and a passion for incredible food — values we carried from our previous venture, Miss Saigon.
The journey began with the Nguyen family, who overcame unimaginable challenges to reach the United States in 1975 after a dramatic escape from Saigon. With resilience and determination, they worked hard to build a new life.
In 1997, Mrs. Thi and her daughter Mimi opened the doors of Miss Saigon in Coral Gables, where they quickly earned a reputation for authentic, homemade Vietnamese dishes. The family's commitment to excellence and its deep sense of community were key to the restaurant's success, and led to additional locations across South Florida.
Today, we proudly continue this legacy — delicious, family-inspired meals that honor both tradition and innovation.
